Key account manager role
we are seeking an accomplished key account manager to drive profitable growth through strategic business development and customer acquisition within key markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for total sales and revenue growth of our specialty chemicals products within the assigned territory.
* strategic business development:
* develop a comprehensive plan to drive new revenue organically through existing distributor locations, leveraging product training, joint customer visits, and co-marketing initiatives.
* customer engagement:
* implement a targeted growth strategy focusing on high-potential customers within the assigned territory, driving new business by identifying product conversion opportunities, leading technical evaluations, and managing the full sales cycle.
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or mechanical engineering is preferred; business administration acceptable.
* minimum 2-10 years' experience in sales within a manufacturing environment.
* fluency in english and spanish required.
* proficient in microsoft office programs and outlook.
