*your tasks*in this role, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class operational account management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while achieving revenue and profitability targets.
you will manage a select portfolio of customers, fostering long-term relationships and driving customer development to ensure optimal market penetration.- develop, implement and define customer-specific measures, targets and strategic initiatives to ensure consistent tracking and achievement.- prepare, deliver, and follow up on commercial offers; support pricing negotiations and new program approvals in alignment with the local sales manager.- build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders across various levels to promote hella's products, services, and campaigns.- escalate customer concerns promptly and effectively within the organization.- represent hella at customer-related events, including trade shows and garage events.- regularly identify and pursue growth opportunities within the assigned customer base.- comply with safety and environmental standards relevant to the role.
*your qualifications*- bachelor's degree.- between 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, ideally within the automotive or manufacturing industry.- proven ability to build and sustain long-term customer relationships.- intermediate to advanced level of english.- strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.- strategic mindset with attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.- ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
