as an fp&a analyst, you will play a key role in supporting business growth and strategy. You will have the opportunity to develop and maintain department-specific financial models and dashboards, and work closely with executive teams to identify risks and opportunities.
you will also assist in analyzing potential investments, including market and financial analyses, and perform acquisition due diligence, including the review of leases, financial conditions, historical property operating results, financial assumptions, and other information.
in addition, you will support scoping and buildout of requirements for enterprise planning solution for the corporate finance function.
