We are looking for a marketing manager with a strong growth mindset and a results‐driven approach. This person will lead our digital strategy, scale student acquisition, and position copiota as a leader in innovative education. You will be responsible for shaping our brand narrative, managing our digital presence, and designing high‐converting funnels. This role requires a balance between strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands‐on creative execution.

* define brand positioning and acquisition strategy.
* design, optimize, and scale conversion funnels.
* align marketing initiatives with sales and commercial processes.
* manage social media, brand storytelling, and the editorial calendar.
* create multi‐format content (text, images, video) and write persuasive conversion‐focused copy.
* execute seo (organic and technical) strategies and optimize landing pages/web structure.
* manage meta ads, google ads, sem, and email marketing campaigns.
* analyze kpis, user behavior, and run growth experiments to maximize roi.
* work with crm platforms and automation tools.
* use ai‐powered tools for ideation, content creation, and optimization.
* edit video for ads, educational materials, and campaigns.
requirements
* 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or seo roles.
* strong command of seo (technical & organic), meta ads, google ads, sem, and email marketing.
* skills in video editing, copywriting, and creative tools (including ai‐based tools).
* experience with crm platforms and automation workflows.
* native‐level spanish with excellent writing skills.
* stable internet connection (minimum 100 mbps) and a quiet workspace.
* mandatory portfolio (content, campaigns, metrics, or results).
