we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to provide administrative support to our team.
key responsibilities
* respond to all incoming calls in a professional manner and direct them to the appropriate person.
* welcome and assist visitors to our office in a friendly and courteous manner.
* sort, distribute, and send mail, faxes, and other correspondence.
* provide administrative assistance to colleagues and management members, including data entry, filing, and routine reports.
* prepare cash deposits according to company policies.
* handle customer billing and resolve past-due invoices and customer claims in a timely manner.
requirements
* a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Zero to three years of related experience is preferred.
* strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening.
* reliability, organization, and attention to detail are essential.
* demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize competing demands.
* proficiency in microsoft office suite (outlook, word, excel, powerpoint) is required.
