objetivo del puesto
realizar el proceso de maceración del agave de acuerdo con las actividades establecidas en el programa de producción.
responsabilidades y actividades
revisar que las bandas transportadoras, tahonas y equipo se encuentre en buenas condiciones para la operación.
extraer el agave cocido de los hornos, colocando en bandas transportadoras hacia el área de tahonas.
monitorear el proceso de maceración de agave en tahona de acuerdo con requerimientos en el programa de producción semanal.
colocar el agave macerado en bandas transportadoras para el área de fermentación de acuerdo con los procedimientos del área.
realizar las actividades de limpieza asignadas a su área.
rolar entre las posiciones de hornero y molinero, de acuerdo a las necesidades del área.
apoyar en la suplencia de actividades de fermentador, jefe de cuadrilla tahonas, mosto, vinacero, de acuerdo a las necesidades del área.
ejecutar las actividades y apoyar a otras funciones y/o puestos cuando estos sean de naturaleza similar o equiparable al puesto original.
requisitos y experiencia
primaria terminada
experiencia mínima de 1 año en actividades generales de campo.
experiencia mínima de 1 año en proceso de hornos, molinos y/o molinos.
