Warehouse worker – wesco

responsible for material handling, order picking, packing, shipping, and general warehouse duties. Work on the floor most of the shift using computers, scanners, forklifts, and other motorized equipment.

* pick, pack, ship, wire cut, assemble light components, and perform general labor tasks ensuring accurate quantity and material handling.
* use scanners, forklifts, and other motorized equipment as needed.
* walk long distances, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and operate warehouse machinery.
* maintain a fast‑paced, independent work environment.


qualifications

* high school diploma or equivalent.
* preferably 1 year of warehouse operations experience.
* basic computer skills.
* stable work history.
* ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
* willingness to train on order pickers, forklifts, etc.
* pre‑employment drug screen clearance.

associate operations supervisor – flex (tijuana site)

lead and manage production staff, ensuring quality and compliance with iso, safety, and production standards.

* supervise staff on work method and quality checkpoints.
* coordinate operations team efforts, establish procurement, production, and engineering policies.
* oversee workflow, assign staff, and address personnel issues.
* develop and implement training and supervision programs.
* serve as liaison between work unit, other offices, and outside agencies.
* participate in hiring, promotions, and panel interviews.
* process personnel actions and manage records and timesheets.

foster service‑level agreements by reviewing, verifying, and processing complex insurance documentation.

* perform senior operations duties on document processing and research.

support production commitments and customer delivery by maintaining flow and balance in backlog management.

* coordinate with scheduling, logistics, sales, and operations teams.
* resolve order escalations and communicate status.
* analyze inbound supply, allocate resources, and report to leadership.
* assist in quarterly activities, revenue risk reporting, and product transitions.
* manage inter‑organizational transfer orders and shipments.
* provide consistent communication to stakeholders and resolve holds.


knowledge & competencies

* advanced excel and outlook; sap experience preferred.
* understanding of manufacturing operations and supply/demand flow.

* exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
* comfortable in fast‑moving, dynamic, ambiguous environments.
* bachelor’s degree in business or operations (preferred).
