requirements:
* bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or related field.
* fluent conversational english is a must.
* basic knowledge of payroll concepts and tax obligations in mexico (isr, isn, imss, infonavit, fonacot).
* strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* willingness to learn and develop in payroll management (weekly and biweekly).
* ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly.
* teamwork skills and a proactive attitude.
responsibilities:
* support in the accurate calculation and processing of payroll (weekly and biweekly).
* assist in updating personnel records and payroll movements.
* provide support in social security and housing fund procedures (imss, infonavit).
* collaborate in handling payroll incidents and tax applications.
* assist in the reconciliation of payroll with accounting records and electronic invoicing.
* support in the preparation of severance payments, settlements, and bonuses.
* provide administrative and operational support to the human resources department.
