about the client: the client is a leading provider of high-quality used semi‑trucks, dedicated to delivering exceptional value and service to clients nationwide.

about the role: the client is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented remote administrative assistant to support daily administrative tasks. This is an entry‑level position with a focus on data entry and administrative support, such as excel, word and attending to phone calls. The ideal candidate is tech‑savvy, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a remote environment while maintaining excellent communication with team members.


key responsibilities

* assist with accounts including invoice tracking and basic reconciliation.
* perform accurate and timely data entry into company systems and databases.
* learn and operate the company’s crm for record management.
* organize and maintain files using the company’s shared onedrive system.
* make and receive follow‑up calls to vendors, clients, or internal team members as needed.
* maintain accurate and updated records when doing data entry.
* provide administrative support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
* communicate effectively via email, chat, and phone with both internal and external stakeholders.


qualifications

* preferably with basic knowledge of admin-related tasks, tech‑savvy and able to quickly learn new tools, including crms and purchase order systems.
* strong data entry skills with high attention to detail.
* proficient in microsoft office suite and comfortable working in shared cloud storage (onedrive) and excel, word.
* excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
* self‑motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
