- kpis results of paint area: ppms, scrap, top offenders. -tracking and validation of the material rejection disposition. -follow up of the actions plan identified by the multidiciplinary team based on kpis. -improvements and maintenance of 5s rework, rejection and quality validation paint area saltillo legacy.
*your responsibilities*:
- " - attend hse investigation when required. Give close follow up to hazards, action plans and hse compliance calendar activities assigned.
- participate in 5´s program as auditor or area owner when required. Do weekly audits per schedule.
- support in the closure follow up of quality concerns & continuous improvement plans with actions owners with assigned tasks in the areas covered by process quality fab engineer.
- daily registration of rejected painted parts from the painting system 1 & 2.
- daily registration of scrap from rejected painted parts from the painting system 1 & 2.
- update internal ppms tracking file of the painting system 1 & 2 and present gemba walk.
- follow rework in painting area according to priorities set by operations of process qa fab saltillo legacy eng.
- support process qa fab eng., following up with action owners the status of preventive and corrective actions generated by kpis analysis and in gemba walks.
- keep inventory of tools and consumables required by painting rework area updated.
- keep inventory of spare parts for quality measuring equipment updated. Escalate with process qa fab eng., if any material or tool is required.
- fill up exit passes of material to be sent out to remove paint because of defects. Follow up the entire process, from the exit of material, come back from the supplier, re-entry of the pieces in the painting system, unload, and delivery in the assembly line.
- support validation & parts production release process in fab npi by digitize results of dimensional tests done by auditors and providing feedback to engineering in opportunity areas or required modifications.
- develop quality alerts.
- send daily report of non-conformance painted material return into painting rejection area.
- develop instructions for the use of measuring tools or equipment in painting process.
- support process qa fab eng., in process deviation validations following up the whole route of the deviation in the proposed trials."
