this is a senior leadership role with end-to-end ownership of talent acquisition in the country — combining strategy, execution, governance, and people leadership. The position plays a critical role in enabling business growth by ensuring speed, quality, scalability, and an exceptional candidate experience.
about the role
as talent acquisition manager, you will be responsible for shaping how we attract, hire, and engage talent in mexico. You will lead a dedicated ta team, partner closely with business leaders, and drive continuous improvement across processes, technology, and ways of working.
this role goes beyond filling vacancies. It is about building capability, scaling operations, and elevating talent acquisition as a strategic function.
what you will do
* lead the talent acquisition team in mexico, ensuring clear priorities, smart workload distribution, and high-quality delivery
* own the end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution for both high-volume hiring and strategic/critical roles
* design, standardize, and continuously improve recruitment processes, slas, and selection methodologies to ensure scalability and predictability
* drive data-based decision-making through talent acquisition kpis, dashboards, and insights
* act as a strategic partner to hiring leaders, providing structure, market intelligence, and a consultative approach to hiring decisions
* lead employer branding and attraction initiatives, ensuring consistency across messaging, channels, and candidate touchpoints
* maximize the use of ats and recruiting tools, identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency, and productivity gains
what we are looking for
* solid and progressive experience in talent acquisition / recruitment, with proven people leadership
* strong background in high-volume hiring environments, ideally within complex or multi-site operations
* experience managing kpis, analytics, and data-driven decision-making
* ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a dynamic environment
* strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills
