Responsible for ensuring that hr objectives are met through the correct application of established policies, procedures, and systems.
responsibilities:
- coordinate the efforts of the staff under their supervision to achieve objectives and goals.
- manage and ensure the monitoring of departmental kpis such as turnover and absenteeism.
- maintain staffing levels within the authorized range, as well as track personnel changes.
- control the department's budget to ensure the provision of various employee services.
- maintain a healthy, active, and consistent relationship with the company, the union, and other stakeholders.
- represent the company in external activities with the community, government, private institutions, and associations.
- coordinate and schedule events that promote integration among all staff, both hourly and salaried.
- ensure compliance with applicable rules and policies.
- ensure that services such as transportation and the cafeteria are available and operating in optimal condition for employee use.
- ensure accurate and timely payment to all company personnel.
- develop training plans and programs for staff development.
requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience as a human resources superintendent.
- 5-7 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- knowledge of iatf *.
- motivation and recognition systems.
- knowledge of labor laws and imss (mexican social security institute).
- knowledge of nom 035 (mexican official standard 035).
