-coordinates with a wide variety of functions within the company andprovides liaison with customers during post delivery times.
- usescomputerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/ortroubleshooting.
- may assess needs and suggest/ promotealternative products or services.
- customer service is a primaryfunction but may include minimal selling or promotion of productsor services.
- obtain request for quotation (rfq) specifics whenthe sales team is unavailable, including gathering missing detailsor clarifications.
- investigate problems, shortages, ordiscrepancies in customer orders.
