the role
we are looking for an amazon ecommerce specialist to join our team and take full ownership of our amazon growth strategy. This is not a junior operational role — we are looking for someone with proven experience in scaling amazon accounts, optimizing advertising performance, and building long-term brand equity on the platform.
responsibilities
* lead amazon growth strategy (mx & us), driving sales and profitability
* manage and optimize amazon ads campaigns (sp, sb, sbv, dsp)
* implement strategies for organic ranking, reviews, and ratings
* launch and manage subscribe & save programs
* oversee product launches and promotional planning
* analyze key metrics (rpc, acos, tacos, ntb, ltv) and provide actionable insights
* ensure top-quality content across pdps and storefront (seo, a+ content, brand story)
* report performance and strategic recommendations to leadership
requirements
* 5+ years of hands-on experience managing amazon accounts (seller central or vendor central)
* proven track record of growing sales and optimizing ad performance
* strong analytical skills with expertise in amazon ads, tacos/acos management, and organic ranking
* experience managing product launches and review/rating strategies
* excellent english and spanish communication skills
* highly driven, results-oriented, with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
