supports accounting department (cfcm) to generate and request analysis of monthly deviations, in addition to being jointly responsible for the quality and presentation of the information.
compares real results vs. plan, report and interpret such results of the operations to the direct manager and / or controller of business units level 2-3 2.
approves personnel costs (epr), purchases (ceos), advance payments, investments (ecr - in coordination with the fixed asset controller).
supports preparation of pr and calculation of rates for machinery (mdc), personnel (ldc) including benefits and central charges.
calculates transfer prices and sales costs.
carries out monthly closing processes and cost calculation
informs production leaders, through financial analysis (especially on deviations), annual planning and monthly forecasts (being 3 + 9.6 + 6.9 + 3.10 + 2 the most relevant).
