Manufacturing production process engineering focuses on designing, developing, and implementing new or revised production processes for the efficient/economical mass production of goods including:
- designing arrangement of manufacturing equipment to ensure most efficient and productive layout
- designing the sequence of production operations, specifying procedures for the fabrication of applicable tools and equipment, and adapting machinery in response to factory conditions
- conducting tests throughout all stages of production to determine control over applicable variables and troubleshooting/solving production problems
- providing guidance to product design engineering on technical specifications that will best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques
- ensuring that production processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations
responsibilities:
the process validation technician in production will be given product analyzing tasks from:
- ensure machines capacity to achieve daily goals.
- failures in process and reduction of scrap.
- to solve a new and unknown problem in the production.
- work together with quality those criteria that are not defined for the resolution of visual problems.
- rejections in the projects inspections which cause is not known.
- evaluation and study of movements and times for a better balance in production lines.
- design, run, test and upgrade systems or processes, such as poka-yokes, fixtures, etc.
- create, edit and maintain necessary documentation to explain how process or products must be done.
*requirements*:
- engineer degree in the mechanical, electronic or industrial areas.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the engineering, validation and transfers area.
- experience in problem solving techniques
- proven ability to organize teams and projects.
- ability to effectively use microsoft office
