key job responsibilities: responsible for implementing oracle learning cloud on our projects.
this role involves understanding learning management processes and the ability to support and lead the implementation of the learning module.
· play support and lead roles on learning implementations.
understands project statuses, understands project lifecycle, mitigate risks and issues by escalating to team and project leads
· work closely with customer, technical and functional teams to deliver project scope on time, on budget and with high quality deliverables
· establish open, fluid, and timely communications with all interested parties, stakeholders, and project teams
· use prior experience to assist in developing accurate work estimates and timelines
· act as an oracle learning cloud subject matter expert by providing best-practice guidance on business processes
· responsible for adhering to the current project management methodology while influencing best practices, process improvements, and procedures
· mentor associates and foster a learning and growth environment
key skills: · 2 – 5 years of experience implementing oracle learning cloud module
· consulting experience in supporting and implementing oracle learning cloud (oracle cloud experience must) on multiple full-lifecycle implementations
· strong functional hands-on experience configuring oracle learning cloud.
· understand oracle hcm and talent cloud and how those modules relate to learning
· excellent written and verbal communication skills
· ability to demonstrate and effectively explain oracle learning cloud functionality to client business owners
· experience effectively working with virtual and in-person teams
· should have high energy level and passion for technology
· experience implementing oracle learning cloud in large, multi-region, engagements
· experience in learning processes and having worked on multiple projects in the learning process domain
· understands learning maintenance activities across work, understands potential third-party integrations, and respective dependencies
· ability to support the growth of talent within the practice through recruitment, mentorship and coaching
· ability to clearly demonstrate the advantages of a proposed approach or solution.
· experience in agile, itil methodologies a plus
