We’re looking for a sharp, driven *sales manager* to lead our sales team. This role is ideal for a leader who knows how to build winning teams, drive execution, and use data to fuel growth.

*what you’ll do*:
- lead and coach a team of outbound sales reps to hit kpis and close deals
- maintain and enforce *accurate salesforce usage* across the team for visibility and forecasting
- support daily execution of sales strategy, call reviews, and performance check-ins
- collaborate with leadership to optimize sales processes and training content
*who you are*:
- 3 years of *outbound sales leadership experience*, ideally in a kpi-driven environment
- salesforce proficient (reporting, tracking, user management)
- vibrant personality with excellent english communication skills
- confident phone presence, strong tonality, and a coachable mindset
- fast-paced, adaptable, and passionate about developing others
