hr specialist tmod training & learning
responsibilities
- execute, implement and support hr policies, procedures, standards and initiatives efficiently and in a standardized way for employees across continental silao locations (e.g. onboarding, talent development).
- execute, organize and implement corporate tmod & local initiatives to facilitate employee development.
- identify and develop opportunities to strengthen the development of leadership and performance culture following continental core values.
- support competency management by identifying gaps and proposing training measures.
- steer and/or execute vocational training management and university connections.
- measure and improve the effectiveness of trainings, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- ensure training compliance for internal and external audit purposes, detect needs, and execute the annual training plan.
- drive talent readiness through proper succession planning in line with business needs.
- support the training strategy in alignment with the overall strategy and development plan of the locations, legal compliance and customer requirements.
