responsibilities
* actively contribute to indirect departments by monitoring and controlling kpis and supporting target achievement.
* prepare and deliver financial information to management in a concise, clear, and actionable format.
* provide support to the key user in business plan processes and in material controlling activities.
* perform analysis of actuals and forecasts for cross charges from other bosch entities.
* manage and follow up on the signature card process.
* execute detective controls for ctg processes and ensure timely follow-up on findings.
qualifications
* technical skills: proficiency in ms office, particularly excel (intermediate to advanced level). Basic to intermediate knowledge of sap, power bi or tableu is a plus.
* experience: at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a corporate or manufacturing environment.
* analytical mindset: strong ability to interpret and analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
* collaboration: proven track record as a team player with the ability to coordinate processes across departments effectively.
* communication: excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
