*main purpose*
support the global gbs transformational agenda by assessing, designing, and transitioning insight capabilities from latam into gbs with strategic alignment and business value generation; defines the future state processes, technologies, gbs transition details, and required updates to the operating model, in preparation for a committed migration to gbs.
support and lead the insights design team (coordinator & analyst) to drive process & transition agenda

- design the new "to-be" solution by defining what activities will be delivered by gbs and the hub structure and headcount required to support delivery.
- to align on current state activities in scope for gbs and estimate the effort spend on each process/activity.
ensure an integrated and standard transformation approach in all macro processes (enterprise architecture).
- allows global functional leads, hub leads, and sector design lead to drive alignment across the sector and challenge deviations from the planned scope.
serves as a decision gate in the process to determine whether teams need to change approach/reevaluate activities moving to gbs.
- aligns stakeholders to future state team structures and ways of working.
- defines and executes the working agenda for design projects in latam including support for the business case assessment, workshops, baseline calculations, migration plan, stakeholder debriefing, and hand-off to transition.
- led a team of sector gbs design smes with a focus on interpreting and contextualizing strategy for operational needs.
qualifications:
*qualifications / requirements*
- bachelor's degree is required
- minimum 5 years of proven working as a project manager leader and experience in insights is a must
- knowledge in handling nielsen or kantar tools
- build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus, and achieve objectives
- strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across, and down multiple levels
- advanced english is required
- experience influencing and gaining buy-in from executives' sponsors, team members, stakeholders, and peers
