We are seeking a seasoned project manager with a servant‑leadership mindset to guide our software development teams. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical teams, third‑party vendors, and clients, ensuring smooth project delivery while fostering a transparent, high‑performing, and collaborative team culture.
key responsibilities
team guidance & coaching
* foster self-organization: guide and coach the team on how to self‑organize, helping them maximize their efficiency and ownership of the work.
* drive team maturity: coach the team toward higher levels of performance and operational maturity at a sustainable, healthy pace.
* supportive leadership: provide day‑to‑day support using a servant‑leadership style—leading by example and facilitating work without dictating or micro‑managing tasks.
delivery & obstacle removal
* clear roadblocks: proactively remove blockers or guide the team to resolve them by identifying the right contacts and procedures.
* facilitate collaboration: lead team discussions, assist in decision‑making, and help resolve internal conflicts constructively.
* project execution: oversee and guide the team to ensure project milestones are successfully met.
communication & culture
* build trust: maintain a safe, blame‑free environment where team members can raise problems openly, focusing entirely on collaborative problem‑solving.
* enhance transparency: manage internal and external communication to improve visibility and ensure critical information flows smoothly across teams.
* accurate reporting: provide timely, accurate updates on project metrics, risks, and overall status.
requirements & qualifications
* experience: minimum of 5 years of proven experience acting as a project manager specifically within software development teams.
* methodology: strong foundational knowledge of project management principles, theories, and real‑world practices.
* client & vendor relations: comfortable working in fully client‑facing environments and managing relationships with third‑party vendors.
* leadership traits: demonstrated track record in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and risk/issue management.
