*job summary*:
*key responsibilities*:
- revenue generation: own and drive revenue targets for automotive engineering services within assigned accounts and territory.
- client acquisition & growth: identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with oems and tier 1 suppliers.
- account management: build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations.
- market mapping: analyze market trends, identify customer needs, and translate them into actionable business opportunities.
- proposal & contracting: lead proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations in collaboration with delivery and legal teams.
- collaboration: work closely with solution architects, technical pre-sales, and delivery teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
- forecasting & reporting: maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report progress using crm and sales dashboards.
*requirements*:
- experience: 12 to 15 years in business development or sales in the automotive engineering services industry. Proven track record of achieving revenue target consistently.
- domain knowledge: strong understanding of automotive integrated systems and domains (e.g., mechanical, embedded and digital solutions ).
- network: good relationship and network with automotive oem /tier 1 companies in mexico.
- education: bachelor degree in business; mba preferred, or related.
