join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.what you will experience in this position:provide a customer-centric focus to the overall property maintenance and service of our reynosa's facility.supervise the work of facilities and maintenance team members, as well as vendors that provide maintenance, repairs and upkeep of buildings, grounds and equipment.support the operation of major building, safety and security systems.experience in creating, updating and improving preventative maintenance schedule and requirements.excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.validated ability to drive organizational change.you have:bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial or electrical engineering, required.5+ years of experience as supervisor and the ability to select, train, develop and evaluate team members by defining expectations and providing appropriate levels of behavior modeling feedback, counseling, and opportunities.2+ years' experience with property and facilities management with knowledge of relevant building systems and maintenance techniques including plumbing, hvac, elevator and mechanical systems as well as generally accepted maintenance practices.experience in a manufacturing facility required.ability to read and interpret documents such as design drawings, blueprints, safety guidelines, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals.ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities and meet deadlines.understanding of building systems and maintenance, including hvac, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.proficiency in project planning, budgeting, and execution.effective leadership skills to oversee and manage a facilities team.the ability to identify and solve complex problems related to facility operations and maintenance.excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees, executives, and external vendors.responsible for all the facilities projects.inspect and evaluate work progress continuously using company programs.daily coordination and annual plan of building infrastructure services including cleaning services, gardening and internal/external maintenance and repairing services.responsible for leading the design and construction activities for all building remodeling and improvements.responsible for maintaining all pm and tpm programs and track all the performance for these systems.responsible for the maintenance and repair of key facilities' equipment.determine, justify, and provide material, equipment, supplies, budget and personnel needed to regularly meet or exceed agreed-to department expectations.responsible for the coordination of the installation of new key facilities' equipment.maintain a variety of records to review reports on cost of work done, material used, and labor expended.maintain adequate supply of tools, equipment, and other supplies.respond to emergency maintenance issues when required.support ramp-up and/or transfer of manufacturing lines in aspects related to installations, etc.responsible for the facility equipment and installations including, but not limited to, compressors, chillers, hvac, transformers, distribution panels, handling and transportation equipment, fire systems management, etc.inspect and evaluate work in progress by outside contractors.we have:a dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day.commitment to strengthen communities where our employees live and work.core values that shape our culture and drive us to deliver the best for our employees and our customers.
