* manage and coordinate all maintenance, repair, and operations (mro) activities to ensure optimal inventory levels and availability of materials.
* serve as the primary point of contact for mro-related inquiries and issues within the plant.
* collaborate with various departments to assess mro needs and align procurement strategies effectively.
* conduct regular audits of inventory levels and maintenance processes to identify areas for improvement.
* implement and maintain a robust data management system for tracking mro supplies and usage.
required
* bachelor’s degree in electromechanics, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or related field
* minimum 3–5 years experience in purchasing or supply chain (preferably technical parts) vmi consigment, kanban
* strong knowledge of electromechanical components (motors, sensors, plcs, etc.)
* advanced excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup, data analysis)
* english proficiency: 80% (fluent communication required)
* sap knowledge (mm module preferred – po creation, vendor management)
* supplier negotiation and cost reduction skills
* ability to read technical drawings and specifications
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* good communication and teamwork abilities
* proven job stability: at least 2–3 years in the same position/company
preferred
* experience with lean manufacturing or six sigma methodologies.
* proficiency in erp systems and advanced excel skills.
