- collaborate with logistics, planning, and other departments to verify shipping statuses, manage product transit, and communicate updates to customers.
- schedule meetings with key customers and analyze account patterns to identify improvement opportunities.
- build strong relationships with customers, acting as a resourceful point of contact for information.
- collaborate closely with sales, logistics, and planning teams.
- generate internal reports, including shipping statuses, credit reports, and price list updates.
follow up on approvals for shipments.
*requirements*:
- fluent in english; an accent is not an issue.
- experience with salesforce.
- advanced excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables).
- excellent customer service skills, as the role will serve as the liaison between sales and clients.
- valid u.s. visa and mexican passport.
