your role will include:
? Leading and managing all business development activities across mexico and south america
? Building new customer relationships and strengthening existing accounts in mining and mineral processing sectors
? Promoting and selling the company's full portfolio of mining equipment and wear-resistant solutions
? Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and preparing detailed sales reports
? Negotiating contracts and closing deals aligned with company strategy
? Collaborating with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients
? Representing the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences
?
what you'll need:
? Native chinese speaker (mandatory)
? Bachelor's degree or above in spanish, english, marketing, or mechanical engineering
? 5+ years overseas work experience, ideally with legal residence in mexico or us/canadian visa
? Proven track record in direct sales of large-scale mechanical products
? Experience working in latin american factories or companies
? Strong understanding of key-account sales models
? Excellent communication and business negotiation skills
