responsibilities:
1. Assist in tiktok commerce business development with leads mining, leads validation and seller outreach;
2. Analyze tiktok commerce seller onboarding funnel and provide optimization recommendations;
3. Assist in training and support to sellers, including setting up campaigns and preparing for webinars etc;
4. Coordinate and execute operational planning, content strategies and growth initiatives for sellers;
5. Contribute to meetings with local partners and cross-team communication.
minimum qualifications
1. Currently pursuing an undergraduate/master in business or a related fields
2. Able to commit to working for at least 24 weeks
3. Proactive self-learner, open to navigating uncertain and exploratory business scenarios.
preferred qualifications
1. Strong analytical skills, with a structured and critical approach to problem-solving;
2. Experience in commerce platforms, digital marketing, or the short video/live streaming industry is highly valued.
