The *talent acquisition manager*will lead the center of excellence (coe) priorities and early talent recruitment in latam. This leadership role involves managing a team of ta partners and specialists, playing a crucial part in driving talent acquisition initiatives. The manager will help shape the ta strategy for the latam region, working closely with global and regional ta leaders
*what you will do*:
- develop and implement early talent recruitment strategies and programs, ensuring compliance and adoption of best practices in collaboration with leadership.
- partner with local ta, hr, and compliance leadership, as well as hr country and compliance managers.
- work across all segments and business units on enterprise solutions, thought leadership, and senior stakeholder management.
- serve as the regional ta policy and process owner.
- oversee the early talent recruitment process across all business units, including school governance, job fairs, evp, vendor management, and logistics.
*degree requirement*:
- bachelor’s degree related to the field.
- fluent english
- portuguese basic

- expert in analyzing workforce data, information, and metrics to support business decisions, with a solid understanding of hr and workforce trends.
*leadership*:
- knowledgeable in leadership practices and processes,
- ability to use strategies and skills to engage others in setting, embracing, and achieving objectives, while maintaining a long-term perspective.
*process management*:
- familiar with business process improvement tools and techniques,
- ability to understand, monitor, update, control, or enhance existing business or work processes.

- this position will require to travel 30-50% (domestic and international)
