We are currently seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of it business analyst. This position is responsible for overseeing and maintaining our microsoft 365 services.
the ideal candidate will have experience in administering user accounts, monitoring system performance, and configuring security policies.
* key responsibilities:
o manage the entire suite of microsoft 365 services: exchange online, sharepoint, teams, onedrive, and intune
o administer user accounts, groups, licenses, and permissions using azure active directory and powershell
o monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability
o configure and enforce security policies, including mfa, conditional access, and data loss prevention (dlp)
o document procedures, configurations, and best practices
o provide tier 2 end user support for all office 365 collaboration applications
main qualifications:
* proven experience with microsoft 365 administration and management
* excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* strong communication and interpersonal skills
* familiarity with azure active directory and powershell
