🎯 Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field (completed degree)
* +3 years of experience in the electronics industry (EMS) in Test Engineering
* Conversational English
Experience in:
* Functional testing
* ICT / FCT
* Linux (Shell / Bash)
* Schematic and Gerber interpretation
* Validation methodologies (GR&R)
Responsibilities:
* Provide support to production lines
* Lead and manage test technicians
* Oversee maintenance of test equipment
* Manage spare parts and consumables
* Monitor KPIs: downtime, yield, false failures
* Perform data analysis focused on continuous improvement (DT, NDF, yield)
* Implement engineering changes
* Participate in meetings with cross-functional teams and customers
* Debug test programs
* LabVIEW programming
