We\'re looking for customer support specialist for dental services!

you\'ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing solutions, performing quick dental health assessments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You\'ll communicate via phone to monitor and answer calls from a variety of phone numbers. It\'s important to understand the caller\'s need, ask questions to ensure they\'re qualified, and transfer them appropriately.

responsibilities:

* understand the caller\'s need, ask questions to ensure they\'re qualified, and transfer them appropriately.

inbound call scenarios:

* emergency dental: patient calls in with a dental problem that requires talking to a dentist immediately.
* returned call from outbound campaign: patient calls us back after they received a call from an outbound operator.
* question about service: patient calls in with questions about how to complete a service (such as our online photo analysis), or a question about their insurance in general (they found our phone number on an insurance website).

outbound call scenarios:

* use an automated dialer to call through a list of patients on behalf of their dental insurance provider.
* explain that we\'re calling on behalf of their dental insurance company and explain why we\'re calling. The reason varies by the list: haven\'t seen a dentist in x months, recently had emergency care, etc.
* offer a very quick dental health assessment (patient answers a few questions about their dental routines) and record the answers in a hubspot form.
* offer the customer a photo analysis or a live connection to an on-call dentist, for a more thorough evaluation.

requirements:

* high school diploma or equivalent.
* prior customer service or call center experience preferred.
* excellent english & spanish communication skills (both verbal and written).
* strong computer skills and ability to multitask.
* excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
