**Customer Service - Remote Technical Support**
**Location**: Fully remote
**Schedule**:Pacific Time, 12 PM to 10 PM** (some weekends required with prior notice)

**Responsibilities**:
- Handle customer inquiries regarding medical and technological devices.
- Diagnose and resolve technical and operational issues effectively.
- Ensure accuracy and security of data within company systems.
- Maintain compliance with confidentiality policies, HIPAA, and other regulations.
- Stay up to date on troubleshooting techniques and device functionalities.
- Provide technical support to internal teams.
- Assist colleagues with specific inquiries.
- Manage assigned tasks professionally and efficiently.
Experiência y requisitos
**Requirements**:
- ** Skills**: Customer service, problem-solving, critical thinking, creativity.
- ** Languages**: Advanced English (written and spoken).
- ** Education**: High school diploma or technical degree.
- ** Technical knowledge**: Equipment testing, calibration, customer service.
