Summary member compensation (mc) department is highlyaudited by internal and external auditors to ensure compliance withregulatory requirements, procedures, and adherence to customer.
mcis the only area empowered to make adjustments to members based onherbalife's compensation plan, making it a specialized area withincompany.
this position will be responsible for researching andprocessing monetary adjustments initiated by information requestsreceived from other departments throughout the company worldwide.the member compensation representative must utilize knowledge ofthe herbalife marketing plan and employ analytical and researchtechniques to determine impact related to the adjustments.
thedepartment and workload are heavily audited on a regular basis byinternal and external auditors.
all work must meet each countryregulatory requirements.
this position will also provide support tostaff, management, other departments, international distributioncenters, and herbalife nutrition distributors.
this position mayrequire overtime/occasional flexible hours.
responsibilities: 1.must use fact-finding and analytical skills to identify and followthrough with detailed calculations on inquiries concerningdistributors' commission, royalty, and production bonus earningswithin specific designated timeframes.

must keep informed andstay current with herbalife marketing plan, rules, policies andprocesses ww.

ensure information requests (irs) have properapproval signatures and appropriate supporting documentation tovalidate adjustments.

inform the ir initiating office about anyactions taken, adjustments completed or declined, when moreinformation is required to complete the ir or when it is requiredfor the distributor to place more volume to maintain earningsand/or qualifications.

responsible for creating and maintainingaccurate and complete records (research, communication, etc.
)across all business systems.
6.
gain further direction from thesupervisor when distributors' earnings are negatively affected dueto adjustments.
7.
inform department auditor of volume adjustmentsaffecting supervisor qualifications and/or matching volumes.
8.inform the member compensation administrative group or responsibleagent of adjustments affecting top achievers business teamqualifications.
9.
update the member compensation informationrequest (ir) access database or rma daily.
10.
proofread completedinformation requests (irs).
11.
assist with other department tasksto maintain service level agreements and customer satisfactionexpectations.
12.
complete all special projects assigned andrelated to member operations.
