* support daily operations to make sure to keep business running. and participates in status and it operations meetings.
* experience developing systems basin in .net c#
* experience with web-based systems
* experience with windows service development and asp.net (classic webforms)
* experience with cloud computing and big data will be a plus
* proefiency with databases, oracle, sql server, mysql and postergresql.
* performs root cause analysis to identify issues. Provides recommendations on problems of limited scope.
* assists with installing and upgrading straight-forward applications, software, and hardware on existing platforms. Performs function, integration, and regression testing on updates and changes.
* assists with basic changes to existing applications and systems to accommodate temporary or permanent customizations.
