Strong commercial acumen, including pricing and contract negotiation. Skills in business risk management, market analysis, consultative & insight selling, stakeholder management, and communication. A proactive mindset, situational agility, storytelling, and servant leadership qualities. Advanced english proficiency (written and spoken) to collaborate effectively in a global environment.
