Alegro Industries S.A. de C.V. is expanding and looking for a Multilingual Outbound Sales Representative to join our team in Guadalajara. You will be responsible for contacting B2B clients, promoting our industrial products, generating new business opportunities, and closing sales all by phone.
Must speak at least one: English, Portuguese, French, Italian, or German.
What You Will Do
- Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing clients
- Present products, handle objections, and close sales
- Build relationships and provide post-sales follow-up
- Meet monthly sales targets
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in phone sales, B2B sales, or product selling
- Advanced level in at least one language: English, Portuguese, French, Italian, or German
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- Goal driven, proactive, and comfortable with outbound calling
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $15,000 MXN/month
- Uncapped commissions: 5% (paid in USD)
