An Agile Practitioner (AP) models Chubb’s digital-first approach, driving with Domain/Subdomain Lead (DL/SDL), Product Owner (PO), squad members and stakeholders from other chapters with a hands-on approach. They accelerate the journey of transformation by enabling and embedding the digital ways of working, using relevant methodologies and tools which can be consistently scaled across Divisions/Segments/Domains. They focus on business outcomes by constant evolution, learnings, refinement and adoption of good practices from digital journeys.
Partner with transformation Leads/DLs to establish onboarding readiness for digital first enterprise/Digital Assisted/Digital Native operating model
Drive with DLs/POs and squads on their day-to-day progress towards strategic priorities and delivery capabilities in incremental and iterative cycles. Specifically, to define effective objectives based on the business value drivers, formulate domain mission, translate them into clear, specific squad key results and align them to product backlog and roadmaps with focus on enhancing ways of working.
Partner with other chapters to provide feedback and lead corrective actions to continuously refine and improve practices for digital-first ways of working
Leverage working knowledge of insurance, digital first enterprise and agility to lead the development of innovative and effective practices.
Identify and implement industry practices to improve our digital first ways of working
Create and execute need based trainings to enable Digital first enterprise
Lead improvements in the key aspects of digital first operating model such as frameworks, processes, tools and practices
Drive organizational change management activities by hosting sessions such as lean coffee, learning corners, etc.
Ability to lead through influence, engage, develop, and empower people effectively; strong self-motivator, with a contagious ability to spread energy to team Strong communication, collaboration and change management skills
Experience providing day-to-day hands-on approaches including coaching and guidance to working teams
High level of organization and attention to detail with ability to piece together multiple moving parts Ability to build trust and effectively resolve conflict Good understanding of system and design thinking approaches and techniques Experience in agile development, as a digital product owner, product manager, or highly experienced agile coach with 5+ years experience successfully delivering digital products −Knowledge of Agile software development process (., XP, Kanban, Scrum, −Knowledge and/or experience with Agile techniques (., story mapping, big room planning, actionable metrics, Working knowledge of insurance, finance or retail services value chain, particularly in aligned domain End-to-end digital product management lifecycle experience; preferably in insurance Strong knowledge of product management tools, including Jira and Mural
