Job title: order coordinator
the primary objective of this role is to ensure the timely and accurate placement of customer-driven orders within the emea region.
this involves working closely with the sales and customer success teams to receive, validate and process orders from various inputs.
as the gatekeeper for ensuring all customer requirements are accurately entered into ordering and delivery systems, you will play a critical role in the success of our customers' service delivery experience.
this is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and motivated individual who can operate in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
main responsibilities:
* timely and accurate validation and keying of orders into ordering and delivery systems in line with entrance criteria/ minimum data sets and customer/ product/ process and billing requirements.
* drive issue resolution to minimize delays that may occur surrounding the collation and release of orders into the ordering/ delivery systems.
* keep internal stakeholders and key partners up to date with ongoing orders and issues.
* interacts and builds relationships with various internal clients to resolve discrepancies.
* working to agreed sla's and kpi's.
