We are seeking a special desktop assistant to support the technical coordination and documentation of specialized systems in data center construction including security platforms bms fire detection and structured cabling .
responsibilities
* assist in reviewing and organizing drawings datasheets and technical documentation for special systems installations.
* support tracking of rfis submittals and integration updates across trades.
* maintain configuration records version control logs and component registries.
* collaborate with the special systems lead to prepare test scripts inspection forms and commissioning materials.
* liaise with site teams to ensure installed systems align with documentation and scope.
qualifications :
* technical degree in electronics mechatronics or telecommunications .
* 35 years of relevant experience in infrastructure or industrial environments.
* proficiency in autocad microsoft office and documentation platforms.
* fluent in spanish and english with attention to detail and strong teamwork skills.
