*position responsibilities*
- guide and process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.
- help customers navigate uline's website and online ordering.
- become a product and solutions expert we'll equip you to answer product, pricing, availability and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
*minimum requirements*
- high school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree *preferred.*
- *bilingual (english / spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.*
- prior customer service experience is *a plus*, but if you want to provide the best experience for our customers, we'll train you
