role and responsibilities:
* support the radian generation compliance & risk team in delivering the full scope of compliance services to our customers.
* support compliance & risk management tasks for a small set of client portfolios. Assist with onboarding new customers and portfolios.
* support regular client meetings; manage and distribute agendas.
* interface with o&m providers, solar epcs, electrical engineers, and others.
* assist in drafting, reviewing, and distributing monthly compliance and risk reports for clients. Review and integrate content from o&m provider reports.
* assist with regularly scheduled compliance filings. Support compliance audit activities.
* follow standard operating procedures; provide feedback on procedures for process improvement.
* assist team with problem resolution.
required qualification & education:
* working knowledge of photovoltaic system design, operation, management, and financing.
* strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills
* university degree (or equivalent) with 0-2 years of experience
experience required:
* 0-2 years experience in domain
preferred experience:
* familiarity with regulatory compliance, nerc, ferc, or other reporting obligations for operating projects.
* familiarity with project agreements & material terms
* experience with a u.s. based company preferred.
* able to follow written and verbal directions
* able to work as part of a team
* root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
* strong interpersonal and customer service skills
required software knowledge
* expertise in ms office ms office (word, excel, powerpoint) and adobe pdf toolsets
