Job purpose:

key responsibilities:
act as the primary point of contact between the customer and the company, ensuring that projects and contract are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services to existing customers, contributing to overall revenue growth. Address and resolve any issues or concerns that customers may have, acting as an advocate for the customer within the organization. Collaborate with customers to develop strategies that align with their goals and objectives, helping them achieve success through thedhl's offerings. Monitor account performance, gather feedback, and report on metrics to ensure continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to customer and inform business strategies.
who we are looking for:
fluent german, fluent in english,
and spanish. Desirable logistic experience must have previous experience as account manager (rfq, sales, customer centricity) finance knowledge (p&l, budget, billing, invoice, etc.) Please upload resume in english.
