Sr analyst performance
this role in summary
we are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented sr. Analyst – performance to join our team. This role will focus on driving measurable growth and ensuring the success of our digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced analytics, data-driven insights, and innovative strategies to optimize performance across multiple channels.
your responsibilities will include
* design and implement b2c lower funnel strategy to increase conversions and improve retention in different media.
* develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing strategies across platforms such as google ads, meta, and others.
* omnichannel as a complementary strategy: integrate e-commerce campaigns.
* performance analysis and reporting.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data, content, and design, to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
* manage platform partnerships and negotiate terms to maximize results.
* design and lead creative and communication strategy across players.
* lead, manage and optimize budget to reach and maximize kpis.
* mainly responsible for briefing e-retailers and agencies for the execution of plans.
* lead the relationship with the main media channels, such as, google, meta, pinterest, tiktok
requirements
* bachelor's degree in informatics, marketing, communications or related field.
* demonstrated experience in digital marketing and performance marketing, ideally in mass consumer categories.
* proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to google analytics, adobe analytics and marketo.
* strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and bidding strategies.
* experience understanding and creating data strategies, with a focus on audience analysis, 121 strategy implementation and relational plan development.
* experience in (desirable)
* certifications in google analytics, google ads or other relevant digital marketing certifications (desirable).
* experience in managing data dashboards using tools such as power bi, datastudio, etc. (desirable)
* knowledge in data and audience management tools (dmp-cdp) (desirable)
preferred skills and experiences
* advanced proficiency in microsoft excel, including data analysis and pivot tables.
* advanced proficiency in google ads, meta ads and other media channels
* experience with a/b testing and multivariate testing to optimize campaigns.
* familiarity with programmatic advertising platforms and tools.
* knowledge of sql or python for data extraction and analysis. (desirable)
* certification in google ads, meta blueprint, or other performance marketing platforms.
* strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* understanding of customer journey mapping and attribution modeling.
* experience working in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
* ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
* passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends and innovations.
