you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and operational leadership within the organization.

key responsibilities
- lead and manage the chihuahua's operations, ensuring the achievement of business objectives and targets.
- deliver the safety, quality, delivery, inventory and productivity for site to ensure customer satisfaction and enable growth.
- develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.
- build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, suppliers and government agencies.
- provide leadership and guidance to a team of managers and employees.
- be part of the great latam team and support vp isc latam in executing all mexico isc priorities.
you must have
- minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar scope role.
- lean transformation experience and understanding of lean principles with a proven track record of changing culture and getting results with process simplification.
- proven track record of successfully managing site operations.
- demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve targets.
- strong leadership and communication skills.
- ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and employees.
