Position summarythe senior key account manager (senior kam) walmart is responsible for leading the tactical execution and account planning for specific formats within the walmart ecosystem (e.g., supercenter, bodega aurrera, or sam's club). this role maintains a holistic business view, managing medium-to-high level commercial relationships autonomously and ensuring that visibility, portfolio, and pricing strategies are executed with excellence. The primary focus is achieving net sales targets, ensuring format-level profitability, and leading category growth projects. Accountabilities 1. Strategic execution & customer planning develop and execute the annual business plan for assigned formats, ensuring alignment with the global jbp led by the channel manager. Identify and capitalize on market opportunities through deep analysis of competitors and consumer trends. 2. Relationship & negotiation build and maintain high-trust relationships with walmart buyers and replenishment teams. Negotiate additional floor space, special displays, and visibility plans to ensure the best "share of shelf" for edgewell brands. 3. Financial & operational control guarantee the delivery of annual net sales targets for the assigned formats. Manage the assigned trade spend budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and positive roi. Oversee collection processes and drive the reduction of accounts receivable days (ar days). 4. Team collaboration & governance coordinate and oversee the work of key account executives (kaes) and merchandising teams to ensure perfect execution at the point of sale. Monitor compliance with governance processes, including the management of rebates, coupons, and product returns. Key performance indicators (kpis) net sales achievement: fulfillment of the sales budget per assigned format. Investment efficiency: strategic control and optimization of trade investment. Inventory & distribution: optimization of store-level inventory and accomplishment of distribution goals. Financial health: control of product returns and timely collection of accounts receivable. Required skills and experience education: bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, industrial engineering, or related fields. Experience: * minimum 5-6 years of experience in key account management (kam). Solid experience in the fmcg industry and direct management of walmart portals (retail link). Languages: advanced english proficiency (minimum 80-90%). Tools: expert proficiency in ms office, particularly excel and powerpoint for business reviews.
