It business analyst role
we are seeking a highly skilled it business analyst to join our organization.
key responsibilities
* manage microsoft 365 services including exchange online, sharepoint, teams, onedrive, and intune.
* administer user accounts, groups, licenses, and permissions using azure active directory and powershell.
* maintain system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability.
* configure security policies including mfa, conditional access, and data loss prevention (dlp).
* document procedures, configurations, and best practices.
* provide tier 2 end-user support for office 365 suite collaborations applications.
required skills & qualifications
* strong proficiency in powershell scripting and automation.
* deep understanding of exchange online, sharepoint online, teams, and onedrive.
* experience with entra ad, intune, and microsoft defender for office 365.
* familiarity with compliance tools like ediscovery, retention policies, and audit logs.
* excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
