As a quality engineer, you will drive product and process excellence by implementing robust quality standards, advanced tools, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will lead effective problem-solving through root cause analysis and risk mitigation, ensuring customer satisfaction, reducing the cost of poor quality, and enabling successful product launches while sustaining a high-performing quality system. Position requirements bachelor's degree in engineering or related field advanced (fluent) english at least 3 years of experience in quality-related roles. Experience in the automotive industry, in assembly or machining processes iatf 16949:2016 standard requirements. Core tools (fmea, ppap, apqp, spc, msa). Six sigma problem-solving tools. Gd&t (geometric dimensioning and tolerancing). Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with 8d methodologykey responsibilities: develop root cause analysis and provide timely responses to internal and/or customer complaints (formal, informal, or warranty), ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions. Execute, develop, and collaborate oncontinuous improvement projectsaimed at reducing the cost of poor quality and improving product, process, and system performance. Implement and ensure compliance with required controls through thecontrol plan and fmea reviews, to prevent and reduce quality risks both internally and with customers.
