the total rewards specialist is responsible for designing and implementing compensation and benefit programs that ensure competitive and effective rewards packages across the company's entire employee population in latam focused on technology for engineering centers in monterrey and bogotá. This individual will work with regional and global hr leaders teams to create a comprehensive total rewards strategy that supports the company's overall goals.

key responsabilities:
* lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive total rewards strategy for the cecx that aligns with the region and company's overall objectives
* evaluate existing compensation and benefit programs, and make recommendations for improvements and adjustments to ensure competitive and equitable rewards packages
* partner with hr and business leaders to ensure the structure, design, and communication of the total rewards programs are understood and leveraged across the region
* collaborate with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to analyze total rewards trends and develop innovative solutions to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
* develop and maintain strong partnerships with other areas of hr, such as talent acquisition and hr business partners, to ensure that total rewards programs are aligned with talent management strategies and business objectives
* manage and/or participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives related to total rewards as assigned.
* ensure all strategies applied to cecx are aligned with local, regional and global standards.
qualifications
* minimum of 3 years' experience in total rewards management, with a regional scope of responsibilities management.
* fluent english is required
* knowledge of local legislations and regional practices concerning compensation and benefits policies, for technology market is desirable.
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* experience managing complex vendor relationships
* advanced proficiency with microsoft excel and hris systems
* ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* knowledge in excel and microsoft office
