Job summary
the talent acquisition manager is an integral role supporting the recruiting function and contributes to the overall success of the company, providing a high level of customer service, administrative support and project management throughout the recruiting process outsourcing with our clients.
responsibilities
* design, develop, and implement a leading edge full‑cycle recruitment process.
* adopt best practices, use metrics to develop cost‑effective recruiting and creative recruitment solutions.
* provide customer service, administrative support and project management throughout the recruiting process outsourcing with clients.
* execute the ta process for open roles that give service to latam, flna, pbna, and pfna roles that are transitioning to mbs.
* manage intake meetings with hiring managers to align profile requirements.
* ensure diversity representation requirements (gender balance).
* ensure delivery of services at defined slas/kpis and drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
* develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs in critical or specific roles.
* execute end‑to‑end external recruitment process for l04‑l07 open positions aligned with local requirements.
* facilitate hiring‑manager kick‑off meetings to align the process, slas and profile requirements.
* trigger external postings, collect post‑interview feedback and facilitate consensus discussions.
* create the offer letter detailed form to generate the offer letter and obtain approvals.
* ensure service delivery and kpi fulfillment such as time to accept, time‑to‑find/hire, hiring manager satisfaction scores and system accuracy.
* develop and maintain strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders.
* leverage talent insights from the external market to present clear data, trends and challenges.
* validate reimbursement payments, audit processes, reports and analysis.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or related field.
* six years of full‑time experience in staffing and recruiting or the automotive industry.
* knowledge of applicant tracking systems and job‑board management for national recruiting teams.
* advanced written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
* excellent command of the english language and grammar.
* experience with corporate communication demonstrating respect, concern, and responsiveness.
* organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* ability to process and protect confidential information in a professional manner.
* ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* bachelor's degree in business, psychology, hr or related.
* strong english oral and written communication skills.
* 6 months‑1 year of experience in ta processes.
* experience with sourcing techniques and hr databases.
* applicant tracking systems (ats) experience.
* customer‑focused, adaptable, strong follow‑up and organizational skills.
* proficient in microsoft office suite.
* ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process.
* ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
* high english proficiency (written and spoken); ability to deliver presentations in english.
